This is a highly relational and impactful role that sits at the heart of our commitment to inclusion, empowerment and achievement. Contribute to preparation for adulthood pathways, supporting positive transitions into employment, training or further education.
This role offers a meaningful opportunity to make a tangible difference to young people’s lives by opening doors, raising aspirations and championing inclusion.
About You

✓Strongly believes in the potential of every young person and is committed to inclusive practice.
✓Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills and can build trust with students, families, employers and colleagues.
✓Is confident working with external partners and developing sustainable community and employer links.
