Burghill Community Academy are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and organised After School Club Supervisor to join our experienced and welcoming team.

Key responsibilities:

• Providing high-quality after-school care in a safe, stimulating environment 
• Leading and supervising a range of engaging activities for children aged 4–11 
• Promoting positive behaviour, healthy lifestyles and social development 
• Ensuring the welfare and safety of all children in your care 
• Managing After School Club Assistants and liaising with parents and staff as needed

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with primary-aged children 
• Is organised, reliable, and confident working on their own initiative
• Has strong communication and team leadership skills
• Is willing to undertake relevant training
• Holds GCSE Grade C/Level 4 or above in English and Maths (or equivalent)
• Will pass an enhanced DBS check
