EYFS Assistant

Job details

Wigmore Academy Trust is seeking to appoint an EYFS Assistant from November 2026 on a full time permanent variable contract (0.5-1.0).

 

Working across both Nursery and Reception Class. The nursery setting is an integral part of Wigmore Primary School known as 'Acorn Class', sitting near to our Reception ‘Oak Class’. The nursery has access to all the facilities across the academy which includes, school halls, outside playgrounds, cooking facilities and school play areas. We offer inclusive care and education for children from 2 years old, including those who are eligible for Early Education Funding (EEF)

 

You would be working in a federation of dynamic, high achieving cross-phase schools. We are looking for an enthusiastic and outstanding EYFS Practitioner who would relish the opportunity to work and develop in a supportive environment. You should be ambitious for every child, with a genuine desire to inspire and motivate them to achieve their very best.

 

A first aid qualification is essential; training will be offered.
